Our Client Commitment
We are flexible by nature. We do not insist upon fixed methods and are happy to work with any client’s preferred procedure.
When working with a client for the first time, we favour meeting for an initial consultation to best understand the organisation.
We never submit a candidate by whose ability, temperament or commitment to perform a role we are not convinced.
Every candidate submitted will have been interviewed by one of our consultants, will have been briefed on the organisation and the role, and will have provided consent for submission. Within the pre-determined time frame for each brief, we provide CVs, commentary and, if requested, a candidate statement.
