Job Description
Assisting in the production of a world leading title that publishes original peer reviewed articles, you’ll coordinate manuscript submission and the peer review process, support the editor in identifying and recruiting external reviewers, monitor and engage with authors and reviewers, coordinate meetings and present updates, maintain databases and support in the transition to an electronic workflow system in line with an ambitious new business strategy.
Qualified to degree level, ideally in science or health, and with strong editorial and publishing experience, you’ll be skilled in using computerised editorial systems, with excellent oral and written communication skills, keen attention to detail and strong project management and relationshiop building skills.
