JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Campaign Project Manager Time Commitment: Full Time (Fixed Term contract for 2 years) Based at: MQ Office, London, EC1 Reporting to: Head of Communications, based at MQ Office Job Purpose Summary: To project manage the development, tracking, implementation, and measurement of MQ’s national campaigns, on time and within budget Key Responsibilities: Campaign implementation o Liaising with the Leadership Team and relevant MQ stakeholders to deliver campaign objectives and outputs. o Working with relevant staff to brief external agencies to deliver campaign activity o Manage agency and stakeholder relationships and ensure performance against agreed activity and deadlines o Project support to MQ team across campaign activity, liaising with relevant colleagues to ensure the timely delivery of: • Background desk-research • Production of general campaign briefings, including any policy and advocacy materials • Production of stakeholder lists and logistics support for external meetings • Event management • Development of fundraising materials, including direct marketing activity • Digital activity, including the production of email and social media communications • Developing PR materials and supporting media outreach
