A newly created role in the Group Marketing function at this unique, global business, the need is for a data-driven, B2B marketer with a passion for data-informed decision making, analysis and optimisation, and marketing strategy. Key responsibilities will include:
developing and maintaining a variety of dashboard, reports and analysis;
owning lead generation and management processes through Eloqua and CRM, and overseeing the database;
researching and testing new channels and tools;
supporting the digital execution of Group marketing plans and lead generation and business initiatives.
Tech and data-savvy, you'll bring strategic vision, technical expertise and design skills coupled with a keen understanding of how to use marketing technology solutions to deliver your brief. Highly analytical, process orientated and results-driven with the ability to exercise initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality, you'll be fast learner and will relish the opportunity to consult with senior level stakeholders across the business and develop solutions for their needs.
While key skills are essential, equally important is cultural fit so experience gained in a variety of roles could be considered, eg business analysis or CRM management, and training on existing tools could be provided.
Language skills would be a plus, French in particular.
